The Unfortunate Plantar Wart

 Annoyingly enough sometimes we get plantar warts. Unfortunately it has happened to me. I've only had one once before in High School so I'm not quite sure why I was lucky enough to get another one. I knew instead of turning to over the counter medication for treatment that I would be turning to my oils. I began looking up in my reference manual about oils that would work best as well as looking on the internet for others who have suffered the same foot fate as me. I found a few different regimens that looked like they would work, so I put together what I liked from each one to make my own regimen. 

Below is a before picture and a progress picture after 3 days of using the regimen for plantar warts. 

Prior to treating I was experiencing pain when walking and touching the area, and now I have no pain when walking or touching the area. I plan to continue this regimen for one week. 

I have listed a pinch of baking soda, I have since added more to make it more like a paste than oil.
